Najla Alshamiri is a Head Chef who learned the art of culinary while obtaining her Master’s Degree in the United States. Najla is a natural born leader with a creative side that allowed her to manage and train staff, help hotels and restaurants create their own menus and concepts. Her over 10 years of work experience in the industry, in the frontend and backend, gave her a holistic understanding of the culinary world. Najila has been committed to continuous development and empowering aspiring chefs to realize their dreams.

Achievements

- Created the concept and the menu of Grillfull, and designed the kitchen to align with theme

- Developed the recipes for “Le Concheur Chocolatier and Café” and trained staff to follow the standardize recipes

- Trained and supervised the staff of the “Assila Rocco Forte Hotel” to follow the best practices of making pastry and hygiene guidelines

Walid Muezzin is an Executive Chef with over 10 yrs of work and educational experience. Walid finished his undergrad in Tourism and hospitality, and has worked in management, developing recipes, and has conducted many workshops to train chefs and staff.

Ghofran Alromaihy is a social media influencer. Ghofran has completed her degree of Pharmacology in the United States and has successfully integrated her scientific background to the art of culinary and pastry making. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to co-found “Gourmet Pioneers Company”, she’s also the owner of the chocolate/pastry lab for wholesale “Dragee”. Ghofran likes to share her unique journey, food diaries, and recipes on social media and aspires to grow more as a food blogger and social media influencer.
