Najla is a natural born leader with a creative side that allowed her to manage and train staff, help hotels and restaurants create their own menus and concepts. Her over 10 years of work experience in the industry, in the frontend and backend, gave her a holistic understanding of the culinary world. Najila has been committed to continuous development and empowering aspiring chefs to realize their dreams.
