This bird nest looking dish is perfect for a light dinner or as a complementary dish. It could be served in casual dining and hotels, it’s also ideal for people with a pescatarian diet. For best results use Goody Professional Tuna.

This Mediterranean style dish is simply made with mushroom cups and stuffed tuna mixture. It’s the healthier version of the classic tuna melt sandwich, with no-mayo or bread added.

  • Clean the belly of the mushroom, add salt and olive oil, then roast it in an oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes
  • In a bowl, mix well the tuna, cheese, dill, coriander, corn, and spices
  • Take out the mushrooms and let them cool down, then stuff the mushrooms with the tuna mixture
  • Serve cold
